Questions worth asking up front
Do you work directly with property managers, or only owners?
Both. We work with the owner or their property manager and agree who receives project updates and approves decisions.
Can upgrades be scheduled around existing tenants?
We review tenant access, operating hours and possible service interruptions during planning. Where the scope allows, we phase work or schedule disruptive activities outside normal operating hours.
Does the team have experience with building envelope or rope-access work?
The founder's previous work includes building envelope and rope-access scopes. Tell us about the proposed exterior work so we can confirm the appropriate scope and delivery arrangement.
